3. Return Shipping for Physical Goods: Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning physical items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Partial Refunds: For instances where an item is returned damaged.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may be subject to a partial refund or denied refund.
